Terms of Service

1. Broker, Not Carrier
United Auto Transport ("Company") operates as a licensed property broker arranging vehicle transportation through third-party, FMCSA-licensed motor carriers. The Company does not itself transport vehicles.
2. Quotes & Pricing
Prices discussed by phone or generated through our quote calculator are estimates based on current market data for the specified route, vehicle, and timing. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before a carrier is dispatched.
3. Carrier Assignment
The Company vets carriers for active DOT/MC authority and current cargo insurance before assignment. Carrier performance and timing can vary due to factors outside the Company's control, including weather, traffic, and mechanical delays.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to provide accurate vehicle and contact information, ensure reasonable access for pickup and delivery, and complete the Bill of Lading inspection at both ends of transit.
5. Limitation of Liability
See our Carrier Liability page for details on cargo insurance coverage and claims procedures.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the Company is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
